1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Reno Investment platform and any related services provided by Reno Investment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14890210) with its registered address at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4AY. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Reno Investment Ltd provides a digital platform that offers model portfolio solutions, risk assessment questionnaires, and portfolio tier suggestions. The platform is a self-service tool that enables clients to understand their risk profile and explore investment tiers that may be suitable for their circumstances.

The platform does not provide personalised investment advice, recommendations, or financial planning. Any portfolio tier or model portfolio presented is a starting point for your own due diligence and does not constitute a recommendation by Reno Investment Ltd. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

3. Client Obligations

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and when completing risk assessment questionnaires;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use;
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms;
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls;
• Not use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.

4. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the platform may be subject to fees as described on our pricing page or within your client agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement with us. We reserve the right to change our fee structure upon 30 days’ written notice.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all software, design, content, model portfolios, risk assessment methodologies, text, graphics, and data, is the property of Reno Investment Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business or personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Reno Investment Ltd does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Investment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under English law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe that your use of the platform poses a risk to Reno Investment Ltd or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
